Michael Gustafson

Michael has dedicated his practice of law to representing individuals who have been injured or wronged by others. His representative clients have ranged from those injured in car accidents, to adults and children who have been sexually abused by those in a position of power, and those who have been catastrophically injured in falls caused by dangerous conditions created by cities, counties, or businesses. Michael practices in state and federal court and has recovered millions of dollars on his clients’ behalf during his six years as a trial attorney.

Michael was born and raised in Milton, WA before attending the University of Washington. Following college Michael attended Seattle University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review and mock trial team before graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2004.

Aside from working tirelessly on behalf of his clients, Michael and his wife live in the Puget Sound area and are active in the University of Washington alumni community and are proud financial supporters of the school’s athletic programs.

Jonathan Nolley

Jonathan is a trial attorney who has practiced in virtually every area of personal injury litigation. Jonathan previously worked on behalf of insurance companies and now uses that knowledge to zealously represent individuals who have been injured and to collect money from those same insurance companies. In his years as a Plaintiff’s attorney, Jonathan has obtained millions of dollars for his clients in both state and federal court.

Jonathan was raised near Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia before moving to Seattle upon admission to the Seattle University School of Law. Jonathan was an active and successful participant in the mock trial activities before graduating in 2004. Since that time, Jonathan has built a law practice based on seeking justice.

Jonathan’s pursuit of justice on his clients’ behalf led him and his partner, Michael Gustafson, to open Emerald Law Group in early 2010. Jonathan’s trial practice now consists of representing those who have been injured in cases ranging from car accidents and serious injuries, to sexual abuse victims, as well as victims of discrimination, wrongful termination and medical malpractice.

Justin Dale

Justin is a Seattle-Tacoma personal injury attorney whose practice is devoted to representing badly injured people who were victimized by others. Justin fights tirelessly to make sure injury victims get a fair shake from the insurance industry – whether through hard-fought negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or in front of a judge and jury. Justin is licensed in state and federal court throughout the Puget Sound area and the entire State of Washington.

Justin was raised in Snohomish County, Washington before attending the University of Washington, where he graduated with honors and was actively involved in student government.. Following college, Justin obtained his law degree from the Seattle University School of Law and a "Master of Laws" from the University of Washington School of Law. To this day, Justin remains a proud financial supporter of the University of Washington athletic department.

Justin's roots are firmly planted in the Puget Sound area and throughout Western Washington. He chooses to make this region a better place by ensuring those without a voice are heard and that victims of injuries find justice.
